We diversify medicine

Our mission is to make top-tier admissions consulting accessible to everyone—regardless of their ability to pay.

We want to create a world where physicians are representative of those they serve.

How we do it

We are a social enterprise. With every sale that we make, our 1-for-1 model sponsors one of our services for free to an applicant from an underrepresented, low-income, or disadvantaged background. Apply here.

Each of our team members are in the first generation in their families to go into medicine. Collectively, we have worked one-on-one with over 100 pre-medical students throughout the entire application process. Brendan Adkinson (founder) grew up in rural Ohio where he attended a small undergraduate school. He received acceptances to multiple Ivy League medical schools and regularly delivers presentations on admissions as an invited guest speaker for pre-medical groups across the nation (view upcoming presentations here). Brendan serves on the Board of Directors of the J. Luce Foundation where he leads a fund addressing suicide and addiction.
